Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser Permanente entered northern Nevada in 2026 through a joint venture with Renown Health — Hometown Health becomes Kaiser Permanente Nevada, with plan coverage beginning in the 2027 plan year. The classic closed-network, in-house behavioral health model doesn't map cleanly here yet: the delivery system is being built with Renown, so northern Nevada facilities should track how behavioral health contracting takes shape rather than assume single-case agreements only. Kaiser has no presence in southern Nevada.
