Ratebench tells you what facilities get paid. Peerbench tells you how you compare to your peers. Today we're adding the third piece: Netbench shows you the network itself — the clinicians in it, what they earn, and where the gaps are. It's live now, included in every paid plan.
What it does
Netbench reads a payer's own published data and lays out who is actually in its behavioral health network, clinician by clinician, in the states you choose. It opens on a behavioral health lens — the clinical specialties that matter to a facility — and the wider roster is one filter away. For each clinician you see the payer, the network, the organization they're linked to, the size of the roster they were published with, and the professional rate that payer pays for individual and group psychotherapy in that market.
Coverage is payer by payer, across the payers TierBench holds. How much of a payer's professional rate data reaches a behavioral health clinician varies sharply from payer to payer, and Netbench says so for each one rather than averaging it away.
How it grades what it can't be sure of
A payer file rarely says outright who works where. Netbench never asserts an employment relationship; it shows the link and how strong the evidence is. A solid link means the payer itself placed the clinician and the organization together on a small roster. A dashed link means the connection is inferred from a shared tax ID. When a payer publishes nothing usable, Netbench says "no link data for this payer" instead of guessing. Rate confidence is marked separately, the same way it is everywhere else in TierBench, and the two are never blended.
Four questions it answers
Should we join this network? See who is already in it before you sign — a thin network is leverage, a dense one is a warning.
Where is the white space? Payers where competitor clinicians are in and you're not, read market by market.
Who could we recruit? Clinicians practicing in your market, with credentials and current network participation.
What is a fair professional rate? The honest comparable for a facility's outpatient billing is what a payer pays clinicians for the same service in the same market — not a facility per diem. That benchmark lives in Netbench, deliberately kept apart from the facility-rate tools.
Two views, one price
The Market view is the whole network under the lens. The Organization view is your own clinicians, named, in dollars, with the same link grading. Netbench is included in every TierBench plan with no add-on and no tier gate; geography is still the only thing that changes the price.
